Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Vinward receives through this website, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Vinward uses the information you provide to respond to enquiries and prepare a requested growth audit. Technical information is also used to keep the website and forms secure. Vinward does not sell personal information.
1. Scope and who is responsible
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vinward website, the Free Growth Audit form and direct contact through email or WhatsApp. “Vinward”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vinward as the party responsible for deciding how personal information submitted through these channels is used.
Questions about this policy or personal information can be sent to contact@vinward.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a growth audit or contact Vinward, we may receive:
- your name, work email address and company;
- your website address;
- your main growth goal and the challenge you describe;
- messages, attachments or other information you choose to send; and
- records of our correspondence and any follow-up conversation.
Technical and usage information
The website, hosting infrastructure and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, pages requested and security events. The growth audit form uses an IP address for short-term rate limiting and may pass it to Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection.
Please do not submit passwords, financial details, health information, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information through the audit form.
3. How and why we use information
Vinward may use personal information to:
- respond to your enquiry and send a submission confirmation;
- review your website and prepare the requested initial growth audit;
- clarify your request and discuss possible services;
- operate, troubleshoot and secure the website and forms;
- prevent spam, abuse, fraud and automated submissions;
- maintain appropriate business and communication records; and
- meet legal, regulatory or dispute-resolution requirements.
Depending on the law that applies, processing may be based on your request or consent, steps taken before entering a contract, Vinward’s legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website, or a legal obligation. You can withdraw consent where consent is the basis, although this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Vinward will not add you to general marketing communications solely because you requested an audit. Any future promotional email programme should provide a clear choice and unsubscribe route.
4. When information may be shared
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with service providers that support website hosting, security, email delivery, communications, analytics or professional advice. These providers process information under their own terms or on Vinward’s instructions, depending on the service.
The audit form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile may process signals including IP address, browser or user-agent information, TLS characteristics and the site key or origin. Read the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a genuine business reorganisation. Vinward does not sell or rent personal information.
5. Cookies, similar technology and security
The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar storage that is necessary for security, content delivery, form operation, preferences and aggregate measurement. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced, Vinward should provide any consent controls required by applicable law and update this policy.
Vinward uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. International processing and transfers
Vinward’s website visitors and service providers may be located in different countries. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, Vinward and its providers should use recognised transfer safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
7. How long information is kept
Vinward keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including responding to the request, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods may vary according to the relationship, the nature of the information and applicable law.
Short-term anti-spam rate-limit records are designed to expire automatically. Information contained in email correspondence may remain in business email backups for a limited period after deletion from an active mailbox.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information held about you;
- ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected;
- request deletion or restriction in certain circumstances;
- object to certain processing or withdraw consent;
- request a portable copy where applicable; and
- complain to the relevant privacy or data-protection authority.
To make a request, email contact@vinward.com. Vinward may need enough information to confirm your identity and locate the relevant records.
9. Children’s information
This website and Vinward’s services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the website.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the website, services, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when a material update is published.
For questions, requests or complaints concerning privacy, email contact@vinward.com. You can also review the Terms of Service.
